GPay is Shutting Down

Hey everyone,

After a lot of consideration, we've made the difficult decision to officially shut down GPay.

This wasn't an easy decision to make. GPay has been an incredible journey, and we're genuinely grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.

From our earliest users to those who have been with us throughout, your trust, feedback, and support have meant a lot to us.

Unfortunately, all good things must eventually come to an end, and we've decided that it's time to close this chapter.

What happens next?

• GPay will be permanently shutting down on the 1/11/2026
• All GPay services will be discontinued.
• Further information regarding the shutdown process will be communicated where necessary.

We want to extend a special thank you to everyone who has been part of the GPay community, including our users, partners, and team members who helped make this possible.

While this marks the end of GPay, we're incredibly proud of what we've built and the community that formed around it.

Thank you for being part of our journey.
