Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the GPAY service or any other domains, products, services, and/or content provided by GPAY (“Services”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the GPAY Services.

GPAY offers virtual store capabilities for operators of third-party hosted servers. Our service enables the acceptance of donations and payments for virtual goods and services while facilitating the transfer of these items to the buyer’s gaming account and funds to the seller.

A GPAY Buyer is someone seeking to obtain a virtual item or service for use on a gaming server. Buyers must ensure that payments are made using their own legitimate funds and credit cards. Any detected chargebacks may result in being added to GPAY’s global payment blacklist, and a service fee will be applied for using our virtual store.

A GPAY Seller is someone looking to sell virtual items or accept donations to maintain a gaming server. All transactions are considered “for profit,” and sellers are responsible for declaring this income for taxation. GPAY passes the liability for virtual item transfers to the seller.

All purchases for paid services are final and non-refundable. We recommend keeping thorough records of your receipts and double-checking all purchases. Termination of your account may result in the loss of existing paid services.

If you experience any issues integrating the GPAY system with your server, please email support@gpay.io or visit our forums at forums.gpay.io. When reaching out, use a specific title, provide detailed information (including screenshots or recordings if applicable), and ensure your communication is in English.

When you upload content to your GPAY Virtual Store, you retain your rights so long as your content complies with our terms. By uploading, you grant GPAY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, cache, and publicly display your content and data across our network. Note that even after account deletion, some data may remain in our system.

To use GPAY, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for your account credentials and any actions taken under your account. We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time for reasons including violation of these terms or prolonged inactivity.

GPAY reserves the right to modify system operations and adjust fee structures at any time. Changes driven by external fee adjustments (such as banking fees) will take effect immediately, while other changes will be communicated via email two weeks in advance.

We may utilize third-party services (such as PayPal) to process transactions. Any issues, reversals, or fees arising from these services are the responsibility of the respective third parties. Similarly, any links or content provided by external sources are accessed at your own risk.

We may develop new features or services over time. Any feedback you provide may be used by GPAY without any obligation of credit or compensation. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for interactions with other users—GPAY is not obligated to mediate disputes or manage transactions between users.

The decision to allow the use of your own domain name with GPAY is solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject any domain under any circumstances.

All trademarks, logos, images, and other branding features displayed on our platform are the property of GPAY or their respective owners. You are not granted any license or right to use these assets without explicit permission.

By using GPAY, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and represent that any content, code, or artwork you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights. You must not upload harmful or unauthorized materials to our platform.

GPAY reserves the right to terminate your account, remove content, or restrict access at any time without prior notice for any violations of these terms. Even after termination, certain obligations under these terms will continue to apply.

The GPAY platform and all associated materials are provided "as is" without any warranties—express, implied, or statutory. GPAY, its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes. These terms are governed by the laws of GPAY's Place of Business Registration, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and may remove any content alleged to infringe on copyrights. If you believe your work has been infringed, please submit a notice with the required information to copyright@gpay.io. Note that false claims may be subject to legal penalties.
